How to Get Rid of Moles in The Garden - Mr Mole Man - Pest Control Shropshire - Mole Catcher - Mole Repellent - How to Remove Moles - Mole Extermination - Sheriffhales - UK

Mole catching in Sheriffhales, Shropshire

A large garden in Sheriffhales, which is beseiged by moles, until the owner called Mr Mole Man.

After a walk around the infested areas, training our eyes on the extent of the activity. I set some traps to halt the maruading advance of the moles earlier this week, and we are pleased to have caught one mole.

With the traps reset to be checked at a later date, there was a noticeable decline in the mole activity in this garden.

Mole catching in Habberley, Shropshire

A large garden covered in mole hills, was indeed the job for Mr Mole Man, the greatest mole catcher in Shropshire.

Once I was on site it was clear that the mole was well established and needed to be caught. With that I located the suitable runs and set a number of traps in the lawn of this garden. Such was the extent of the mole activity that 10 mole traps were set on the front lawn alone.

On the back lawn there was less mole hills, and less of a blight on the clients vista, but needless to say, a number of mole traps were set, to curtail the mole activity.

As I walked back over those traps set on the front lawn, I was pleased to see that within 1/5 hours of being on site, I had already caught one mole.

Garden Mole Removal in Nesscliffe

This family in had just moved into their home, when they were beseiged by the unruly mole, churning up their lawn, with mole hills and tunnels galore. There was only on thing the could do, call Mr Mole Man and quickly.

Arriving on site, it was clear the mole had been making itself at home. As they do at this time of year, in search of a mate and the arrival of this seasons pups carving out their own tunnel network.

After assessing the site, I set a number of mole traps in line with the fresh activity. On checking these there were no moles, a stone had let the mole had sprung it go free. So traps were changed from talpex to fenn, and on checking a second time earlier this week, 2 moles had been caught.

With no activity to be seen all seven traps were removed.

Mole Catching in Shropshire - Pest Control Products - Mr Mole Man - Natural Mole Removal - Mole Traps for Sale - Mole Deterrents - Market Drayton - Shropshire

Mole Catching in Market Drayton

We were called to this house in north shropshire, which were blighted by moles, the hills were everywhere and it was clear this pest needed catching, and fast.

I set a number of traps, using both talpex and tunnel, throughout the grounds, and on the verge.

On returning to check the traps this week, we have definitely stemmed the tide of activity, catching three moles.

Mole Catcher in Shifnal - Mole Pest Control in Shropshire - Mole Deterrents - Mr Mole Man - Mole Traps - Garden Mole Removal - Exterminator - Blymhill Common - UK

Mole Catching in Blymhill Common, Shifnal

This garden had just been landscaped and the owner was keen to stem the advances of the mole, which had marked its presence in his garden with the all too familiar disruption of mole hills and tunnels in the flower beds and lawn.

The presence of a mole the garden is one of extreme annoyance, especially, if like this client you take care to maintain its appearance.

After a brief assessment of the mole activity, I set 5 claw mole traps in the lawn and flower beds, all were marked for reference.

On checking the mole traps today I immediately noticed no further mole hills and recorded a catch of one mole.

Mole Catching in Much Wenlock

A communal space blighted by the presence of mole hills, was in desparate need of a visit from Mr Mole Man. The mole hills stretched as far as the eye could see, and after a brief survey of the site, mole traps were set in line with the activity, using a mixture of fenn, duffus and talpex.

On checking the mole traps yesterday, I was pleased to have caught one mole, and a marked reduction in the level of activity. The mole traps were reset and will be checked soon.

Digging The Cross Rail Tunnel - Like Being A Mole?

Upon discovering this recent article on what it’s like to work under the streets of London on the new Cross Rail underground, we got to thinking.

Is tunnelling under London like being a mole in the ground in Shropshire?

These workers practically live under the ground, day and night, 24 hours a day. Just like moles. They burrow tunnels in largely straight lines, just like moles. And they dig out ventilation shafts to the surface, just like moles.

But unlike moles, they don’t leave dirty great big mounds of earth on the ground. Can you imagine the chaos that would cause on the streets of London?

Tunnel Collapses

And they make sure that their tunnels have an incredible amount of support. Trains will be barrelling down these tunnels, and there are a lot of buildings up above. They won’t be collapsing any time soon.

But a mole’s tunnel? Well they don’t care about anything collapsing. They’ll go back and just dig it again. So if you’ve got a mole, you’ll find yourself falling into tunnels or be watching your garden and flower beds cave in.

Speed and Time

These tunnels in the capital have been planned to perfection, making sure they don’t hit anything they shouldn’t. They’ve taken years to work out the 73 miles of tunnels, and even longer to dig. Cross Rail won’t be complete until 2018.

It takes a lot of manpower, with a lot of breaks.

They should just get a mole down there.

A mole works rapidly to dig tunnels, barely stopping for a break. They rotate between sleep and work every 4 hours, digging around the clock.

They ruin your garden in no time at all. You won’t have to wait a few days, let alone until 2018

Expertise

To tunnel under London, new staff have to go the tunnelling academy, and learn how to do it correctly.

Moles don’t need any training. They’re experts from pretty much the day they’re born. In fact, they’re born to dig. They don’t mess around.

And they show off too.

Under London, the Cross Rail work is hidden. You might not even know it’s there until you end up travelling down one of the tunnels one day in the future.

A mole’s work isn’t hidden.

It’s on display for everyone to see.

The Cross Rail work is something to be proud of. A mole’s work - not so much.

You won’t be proud of your garden once a mole has tunnelled through it, without a thought for the planning or care you’ve put into it.

And whilst the tunnellers on Cross Rail are paid good money to work there, you’ll likely be paying to get rid of a mole, not to keep it.

However, if it can return your garden to its former beauty, and ensure those tunnels are kept to London, and not under your property, well, it’s certainly worth the money. That’s why Mr. Mole Man is here.

Here to help, whenever he can.

Garden Mole Removal - Mole Catcher - Vermin Control - Mr Mole Man - Mole Deterrents - Mole Poison UK - Mole Pest Control for Shropshire - Shrewsbury - UK

Moles, Moles - Everywhere You Look, There Are Moles!

And you thought we were exaggerating when we kept talking about dangerous mole infestations, didn’t you!?

Well new research shows that in the last year, the mole population in Shropshire and right across England has absolutely exploded. In the last 12 months, as this article shows, the number of moles burrowing across gardens, digging holes in lawns, and churning up farmland has more than doubled to a total of approximately 62 million!

That’s almost as many moles as there are people living in the UK! Or 350 moles per person living in Telford and Wrekin.

That’s a lot of moles.

Experts are claiming that this huge increase in the mole population is down to the mild winter we had last year, and the floods which followed along the River Thames. Contrary to popular belief, being a good swimmer is just one of the characteristics moles have, so the floods didn’t hinder the moles. In fact, the floods drove moles up to a higher grounds and allowed them to easily reproduce, as well as fertilising a huge stretch of flood plains and creating an abundance of food for all those new hungry mouths to feed on!

And we don’t really need to tell you about the consequences of a huge mole population do we?

It means dozens more more hills erupting over your pristine garden. Twisted ankles and broken legs, as gardeners and livestock stumble onto burrowed tunnels. Contamination of animal feed, and just generally ruined grass, lawns, flowerbeds, paddocks and farmland. A nightmare basically.

As the article in the Shropshire Star shows, there are lots of people right across Telford and Shrewsbury trying to figure out what to do to get rid of huge numbers of moles! We know from experience that the pesky little devils can be very difficult to catch and kill.

There are tales of smells, foods and noises which scare them off. Suggestions to flood their tunnels, or simply bash the hills and hit moles on the head at a certain time of day. But none of these really work. If you’ve ever had moles, you’ll know that.

You’ll know that what you really need is a proper mole catcher. Now more than ever. Before the mole population gets even bigger!

Mole catching might be a dying trade, but thankfully there are still a few expert mole catchers out there. People like Mr. Mole Man.

Mr. Mole Man works tirelessly all around Shropshire to control the mole pests. He’ll come out and free your garden or farm from moles whenever you need him, any time at all. And he won’t stop until every last mole is gone from your property. He knows exactly how to catch moles, so that you don’t have to worry about it.

What are you waiting for? Give him a ring, and stop this mole explosion getting even worse!

Mole Traps - Mole Pest Control for Shropshire - Halloween - Mole Deterrent - Exterminators - Mr Mole Man - How to Catch Moles - Shropshire - UK

The Scariest Halloween Monster

Dare you go trick or treating around Shropshire this year? Haven’t you heard the tale of the Mole Monster?

Witches, Vampires, Frankenstein and Ghosts. They’re all fair game to dress up as at Halloween, pretending you’re an evil, scary creature and visiting people’s houses to ask for a trick or a treat. They’re great for Halloween parties, to laugh at different costume attempts and celebrate the best looking and most authentic outfits.

But there’s a reason no-one ever dresses up as the Mole Monster.

They daren’t.

Because the fear of what the Mole Monster can do is far too great. His threat is far too real. And no-one dares antagonise him.

If you wake the Mole Monster on Halloween, you don’t know what might happen to the gardens of Shropshire.

You’ll hear the massive, shovel shaped claws first, scraping and digging their way towards your lawn. A deep rumble and a big thud. A vicious snout with nostrils flaring might be the first glimpse you see, as the black terror rises from the darkness. Snake like whiskers then edge their way towards you ensuring there is no escape.

And if you dared to try and move, acute hearing from its bat like ears will detect you instantly, and it will be on you lightening fast.

There is no escape from the Mole Monster.

Hide in your house all you want. The Mole Monster won’t leave any treats you for. It’s all tricks.  Hidden tunnels deep underneath your lawn, where the monster will lurk. Large mole hills scattered around the grass, to lure you in and trap you within them. And a deep fear of your garden being ruined forever.

Silver bullets aren’t quick enough, and a holy cross will be simply ignored. You need the ultimate Shropshire Mole Catcher. The legend who protects all of Shrewsbury and Telford at Halloween.

You need Mr. Mole Man.

Call him right now to make sure he will be able to protect your property from the Mole Monster this Halloween.

Mole Catcher - Mole Traps - Pest Stop - Mr Mole Man - Garden Mole Removal - Pest Free - Mole Pest Removal - Vermin Removal - Much Wenlock - UK

After a successful mole trapping session earlier this year the moles were back, obviously unaware that this customer has Mr Mole Man on speed dial.

After a brief assessment of the grounds three claw mole traps were set, and on checking these today, I was pleased with one mole caught.

The mole claw traps were reset and they will be checked again soon.
